The EtherDial™ is a simple, cost effective IP solution that eliminates the need for dial lines to process POS payment transactions in North America. Precidia's EtherDial provides substantial savings to North American transaction processors and merchants by dramatically improving performance while reducing maintenance and transaction processing costs. The EtherDial also offers remote transaction management tools never before possible. The EtherDial is the ideal solution for merchant locations with access to a Wide Area Network which are currently using dial lines for POS transactions. The EtherDial is designed to easily migrate transaction data from a dial-based infrastructure to a TCP/IP network, while maintaining the merchant's investment in existing POS equipment. It is a completely transparent, scalable solution for merchants who require a cost-effective alternative to their existing dial-based connection.
