The RackPaq JR-R1 is a 3U rackmount server designed for office applications.
The 3U chassis does not require a riser card to use standard PCI expansion cards. This permits access to all expansion slots on the motherboard. The JR-R1 includes 2 internal 7200 rpm system drives, so that all 12 removable drive bays are available for data storage. Using 400 GByte drives, the JR-R1 can be configured with 4.8 terabytes of data storage in addition to the internal system drives. A 8.5 GByte double-layer slim DVD re-writable drive is included.
