(TAIPEI, TAIWAN, 10.22, 2007) -Taiwan Commate Computer Inc.(COMMELL), announced its latest addition to the family of 5.25" Embedded Miniboard ---- LS-571.

The embedded miniboard incorporates an Intel Socket P pin-out compatible with Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile Merom processors @ FSB 533/800MHz support for T7700, T7500, T7300, T7100 & L7500, Validated with Intel`s latest Mobile GME965 Express chipset, that is suitable for embedded applications ranging from gaming, medical, POS, KIOSK, Digital Signage, mobile data acquisition, surveillance, industrial automation equipment and other multi-display applications.

The LS-571 Embedded miniboard offers the Graphics Accelerator X3100, Intel Clear Video Technology, and graphics core speeds up to 500MHz. It provides enhanced graphics and 3D rendering performance to meet the requirements of embedded applications that require advanced video capabilities. and it also provides a dual display for VGA/LVDS, VGA/DVI and LVDS/DVI.

COMMELL's LS-571 5.25" embedded miniboard supports SO-DIMM memory slot for DDR2 SDRAM up to 2GB or onboard optional 1GB DDR2 SDRAM, and comes with PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse, 1 x RS232C/422/485 and 5 x RS232C, Networking is provided by 2 x Intel 82573L Giga LAN and 8 x USB2.0 ports, It offers Realtek ALC888 HD audio, 3 x SATAII interface, one 44-pin IDE interface and a CompactFlash Socket. Expansion with one PCI slot and 2 x Mini PCI slots.

Advance orders are now being accepted. Pilot run boards in limited quantity are expected to be available in Taiwan around the first week of November. First full production run boards are expected to be available in Taiwan in early December.
