- Summary
- The COMM+4.PCI provides four field selectable RS232/422/485 serial ports for control and automation applications. Select RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 for each port to suit your application needs. Our onboard autoenable hardware automatically handles the RS-485 driver enable, allowing the RS485 ports to be treated as a standard COM: port by the operating system. We include our Advanced COM drivers for Windows 95/98/ME, NT and 2000 providing IRQ sharing, Windows serial diagnostics, and other enhanced features. Our Linux and QNX utilities are also included to simplify installation.
