The Micronix Eagle is a small, compact yet high performance telemetry/outstation system at a very affordable price.
It is designed for collecting and logging parameters of analogue or digital nature at high speeds. Logging can automatically be triggered by time, time interval, alarms or user defined events and the data can be transferred on request from a central SCADA-based system.
Communication links through TCP/IP, cellular, PSTN, satellite or radio modems are supported using Modbus RTU Communication Protocol. Access to data is protected by a password and call-back feature.
The Micronix Eagle RTU is supported by a comprehensive range of third party SCADA application software supporting Modbus RTU protocols. This LINUX version has a built-in SQL database in which logging can automatically be stored, making it available for any software which is capable of retrieving data from such a source.
