On-Site Service Program for AMXPT-3UP4-RM

This is a custom service plan provided in response to AMEXPORT # 3AIQ091.

STANDARD SERVICE

Help desk support is available between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm Eastern

Time, Monday through Friday. The onsite hours of coverage is 8:00am to 5:00pm

based on the site’s local time, Monday through Friday. The telephone response time

is one hour to the end user, and the onsite response time is the next business day.

A technician will respond to the end users location as soon as possible, no later than

the next business day. The onsite location must be within 50 miles of one of our

16,000 contracted service locations. In order to respond onsite by the next business

day, service call requests need to be received by our help desk as early as possible.

Calls received after 3:00pm may not be handled for a next day response due to the

time required to dispatch parts and field engineers.

24 X 7 SERVICE (Additional option to Standard Service Plan)

Customers have the option of upgrading the Standard Service package to the 24X7

Service package which includes our standard help desk hours of coverage (8:00am

to 8:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday) and include the hours of 8:01pm

Eastern Time to 7:59am Eastern Time, Monday through Friday plus all day Saturday

and Sunday. All calls are answered via automated attendant which electronically

notifies the 24X7 technician. The 24X7 technician has a one (1) hour telephone

response time. The onsite hours of coverage for 24X7 Services are 24 hours, 7 days

a week, 365 days a year. Onsite 24X7 Services are responded to the next business

day.

24 X 7 - 4 HOUR RESPONSE TIME (Additional option to 24 X 7 Service Plan)

For additional security we offer the 24X7 Services with an upgraded four hour

("4HR") onsite response time as an option. This additional service to the 24X7

Service plan is called the "24X7-4HR Services." All other terms of the 24X7 Services

remain the same.
