- Summary
- The Sealevel Systems ULTRA 485 provides the PC with a direct RS-422/485 Asynchronous link to data collection and other devices. Individually selectable addresses and extended “AT” interrupts allow for seamless integration into OS/2 and Windows systems. The ULTRA 485’s “auto enable” design eliminates RS-485 communications roadblocks under Windows and OS/2. The ULTRA 485 appears to the host system as a standard COM: port requiring no special drivers or additional software. We include our Advanced COM drivers for Windows 95/98/NT and 2000 providing IRQ sharing, Windows serial diagnostics, and other enhanced features. Our Linux and QNX utilities are also included to simplify installation.
