| ADLINK cPCI-3544 series are industrial standard RS-422/485 serial communication modules for PXI/CompactPCI form factor. The cPCI-3544 devices feature 4 RS-422/485 ports which are user selectable. The devices include a programmable gate array (PGA) to support the serial communication controller and a 37-pin/62-pin connector to connect external I/O port from the front panel or using the rear IO transition module. The expansion cable has four standard DB25 or DB9 connectors and one DB37 connector to connect with cPCI-3544 interface module. The R-3544 transition module can support rear IO connection by using one DB37 connector. ADLINK cPCI-3534/3538 devices deliver cost-effective and reliable serial communication capabilities, and are ideal for a broad variety of applications, such as factory automation, monitoring systems, telecommunication, POS systems and traffic control systems.
